Role Overview

Metatrader Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain MT4/MT5 plugins, gateways, and custom server-side solutions.
• Build and support integrations using MetaTrader Manager API and Admin API.
• Develop real-time services for trade execution monitoring, account management, risk handling, and reporting.

Trading Infrastructure & Bridge Connectivity

• Implement and support bridge integrations (liquidity bridges, prime brokers, LPs, ECNs).
• Manage order lifecycle, execution models, and risk flows.
• Optimize execution routing, pricing feeds, and symbol configurations.

Performance, Latency & Stability

• Design low-latency, high-availability services.
• Analyze and optimize execution latency, price feed delays, and bridge performance.
• Troubleshoot live trading issues.

Trading Logic & Functional Expertise

• Work with dealing and risk teams on margin, swaps, commissions, and automation logic.
• Translate business and trading requirements into technical implementations.

Operations, Support & Governance

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for MT4/MT5 environments.
• Produce documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Support audits and regulatory initiatives.

Core Metatrader Expertise

• MT4 & MT5 server architecture

• Manager API And Admin API

• Custom server plugins and gateways

Trading Systems Knowledge

• Forex/CFD brokerage environments
• Bridge systems and liquidity aggregation
• Trading terminology and mechanics

Latency & Connectivity

• Low-latency systems
• FIX connectivity concepts
• Real-time data processing

• C++, Java, C#, Python

• Multithreading and messaging systems
• Trading databases

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar trading systems role
• Proven production MetaTrader environment experience
• Strong background in live trading infrastructure
