Role Summary
Hantec Markets is looking for a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our growing technology team.
You will work closely with senior engineers and the Lead Frontend Architect to build and maintain modern React-based web applications, supporting our client-facing platforms and internal systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants to grow their career in React, modern frontend engineering, and enterprise-grade platforms within a regulated fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript
- Implement designs provided by UX/UI teams with high attention to detail
- Build reusable UI components following established frontend standards
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Support websites and platforms powered by headless WordPress
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor existing code
- Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and security
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in frontend development
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Practical experience with React
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with WordPress (traditional and headless)
- Experience with WordPress ACF framework.
