Rewards Analyst, EMEA

Role overview

What you'll do

• Support health insurance, pensions, life and disability, and other rewards programs from hire to retire, including cycles, business-rule checks, and daily queries.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT on country-specific tax, social security, and statutory rewards treatment.
• Partner with HR Partners and staffing teams to align offers and rewards decisions with Tesla's practice and philosophy.
• Analyse rewards data, identify gaps, recommend fixes, and maintain confidential employee data across relevant systems and vendor portals.
• Explain pay, benefits, and workforce findings clearly to audiences at different seniority levels.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to use insights and tools to simplify work and improve rewards delivery; the team owns the tools.
• Support program design and governance through rule checks, ad hoc analysis, and compliance and consistency reviews.
• Own assigned projects and improve recurring processes for accuracy and repeatability.

What you'll bring

• Experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR operations; multi-country EMEA and high-growth experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of EMEA statutory and private benefits and country-level pay and benefits regulation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and ability to use data to support recommendations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and case-management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; an additional European language is an advantage.
• Sound judgement handling sensitive rewards situations and ability to explain rewards philosophy and practice.
• Organised, detail-oriented, independently able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to accuracy.
• Hands-on ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and an inclination to simplify and improve processes.
