About Gloria Jeans

Gloria Jeans is a founder-led fast-fashion group with over 600 stores across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus and more than 7,000 employees.

The company has moved its headquarters to the UAE and is rebuilding for international growth, initially targeting the GCC and Southeast Asia, while expanding e-commerce and Home and Beauty categories.

The role

The Retail Planning Manager owns store-level sales forecasting, store segmentation, capacity and stock-cover frameworks, and the monthly financial planning cycle delivered to Finance.

The role establishes one reliable set of network numbers, sets planning methodology, and arbitrates between territories competing for stock.

The role leads a team of six and partners with Allocation, Distribution, Finance, and Retail.

The role is fully based in Dubai; relocation and visa support are provided.

What you will own

  • Build annual, monthly, and daily store-level sales forecasts and consolidate territory inputs.
  • Maintain seasonality models, the like-for-like store master, and store opening, closure, reconstruction, area, and count calendars.
  • Forecast sales and KPIs for new stores and reconstructions and compare actual results with forecasts.
  • Own planning methodology, templates, calendar, and KPI definitions used by Area Store Planning Controllers.
  • Verify the development plan, upload monthly forecasts into Anaplan, and deliver the consolidated file to Finance.
  • Calculate mark-up, write-offs, and unit sales by store and reconcile them with central targets.
  • Set store grading, capacity, weeks-of-supply, stock-cover, and sell-through parameters.
  • Set stock priorities and decide cross-territory transfers and reallocations.
  • Prepare plan-versus-actual and network variance analysis, challenging unsupported assumptions.
  • Reconcile Store Planning, Demand Planning, Retail, and Finance around one agreed source of numbers.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in store planning, retail financial planning, demand planning, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands-on store budgeting and sales forecasting experience; advanced Excel and confidence with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into commercial decisions.
  • Experience with store segmentation, capacity planning, weeks of supply, and stock-cover analysis.
  • Knowledge of plan-versus-actual analysis, variance reporting, and forecast-accuracy measurement.
  • Anaplan or a comparable planning platform is an advantage.
  • Ability to establish common planning standards and constructively challenge territory assumptions.
  • Fast-fashion or other high-volume retail experience is an advantage.
  • Native Russian and working English.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Relocation and visa support, private medical insurance, and annual leave.
  • AI tooling and learning and development opportunities.
