Manage global sourcing and tender processes for store design and visual merchandising projects.
The scope includes fixtures, mannequins, digital screens, lighting, POS materials, and decoration across multiple markets.
The role leads a team of five and works closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Design.
What you will own
- Source and qualify global suppliers; manage tenders, RFQs, comparisons, and commercial negotiations.
- Control supplier performance, production quality, and delivery deadlines for store openings and refurbishments.
- Translate design concepts, technical drawings, and CAD information into supplier specifications.
- Coordinate samples, prototypes, reviews, and approvals with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, procurement documentation, and compliance across markets.
- Plan procurement around store-opening calendars and travel internationally when needed.
- Lead a five-person procurement team and coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design.
- Track tenders, supplier performance, costs, and deadlines in advanced Excel reporting.
What we are looking for
- Five to seven years of procurement or sourcing experience; mass-market retail experience is preferred.
- Experience sourcing suppliers and managing tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience procuring store fixtures, mannequins, screens, lighting, POS materials, or related equipment.
- Strong vendor management, with ability to control price, quality, and delivery deadlines.
- Understanding of technical drawings, CAD, fixtures design, and lighting.
- Project-management experience supporting store openings or refurbishment programmes.
- Knowledge of contracts, procurement compliance, and supplier documentation; advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel internationally for up to 50% of the role.
