The role

What you will own

• Embed with a business function on-site to understand its systems, data, and workflows.
• Design solution architecture, data flows, agent logic, and integration points with the AI Product Lead and IT; define the reliable first-release scope.
• Build agents and automations with Claude, the Claude API, and agent frameworks in Python or TypeScript.
• Integrate AI tools with ERP, Power BI, HR, and planning systems through APIs, data pipelines, and connectors.
• Handle messy inputs, multilingual documents, and edge cases.
• Ship small weekly releases and iterate with real user feedback.
• Create agent evaluation sets, regression tests, and quality thresholds before release.
• Deploy and monitor solutions, including logging, error tracking, alerting, and model-spend control.
• Build in security through access control, secrets management, and data protection agreed with Information Security.
• Train function owners and champions, write runbooks, and turn solutions into reusable AI Team components.

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience shipping production systems, including hands-on work with LLM applications or AI agents.
• A record of personally driving integrations, agents, or internal tools into production and keeping them operational.
• Strong fundamentals in Python or TypeScript, APIs, SQL, Git, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent frameworks; Claude API and Claude Code experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to find reliable integration paths through ERP schemas, Power BI models, or messy data exports.
• Comfort working with non-technical teams, explaining trade-offs plainly, and owning outcomes.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools in one's work.
• Fluent Russian and professional English.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel to operations and sourcing offices when needed.

Success measures

• Success in the first year means AI solutions are running in production across several business functions and used by teams daily.
• Measures include production delivery and prototype-to-production time, uptime, error rates, incidents, evaluation quality, active-user adoption, hours saved, business impact, component reuse, and costs against budget.
