Support the Store Manager in managing store operations and achieving business targets through sales management, customer service, people management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and operational excellence.
Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
Sales and business performance
- Support achievement of store sales and profitability targets; monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Drive conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs; analyze sales trends and take corrective action.
- Implement promotions, campaigns, launches, and commercial initiatives; motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Team management and development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development; allocate daily responsibilities and deploy manpower.
- Conduct team briefings, communicate priorities, and coach employees on selling skills, product knowledge, customer service, and performance.
- Monitor individual performance, provide feedback, identify talent, and address employee concerns and disciplinary matters under company policies and HR guidelines.
Pay
- Monthly pay is QAR 5,500–5,600.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
