Assistant Store Manager role in beauty and makeup retail, seeking experience managing large-format stores of approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and sales targets.
- Provide expert product recommendations and personalized beauty consultations.
- Lead and manage approximately three employees to meet sales and service objectives.
- Monitor sales, stock availability, visual merchandising, and inventory.
- Maintain customer service, product presentation, and store-operation standards.
- Drive sales through demonstrations, cross-selling, and upselling.
Qualifications and skills
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar beauty retail professional.
- Large-format beauty retail store experience of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of makeup products, shades, formulations, and application techniques.
- Proven experience managing around three employees.
- Strong sales, customer engagement, and product demonstration skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
- QAR 5,500–6,500 per month.
