Join a retail group as an E-Commerce Specialist focused on e-commerce operations, online merchandising, and digital sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, online platforms, and timely order processing.
- Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions across online channels.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and store operations to ensure product availability and accurate inventory.
- Support online campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales reports and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve online performance.
- Monitor customer experience, fulfilment, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Keep product information, pricing, and promotional offers accurate and current across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations; retail industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, product catalogue management, and digital sales.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- QAR 12,000–14,000 per month.
