Role purpose
Manage and drive multiple stores in an assigned cluster toward sales and profitability targets, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, people development, and compliance with company standards.
Multi-store operations
- Manage day-to-day operations across the cluster and conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, standards, and compliance.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, visual merchandising, and customer service standards are implemented consistently.
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
Sales and business performance
- Drive sales, productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other relevant store KPIs.
- Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, set action plans for Store Managers, and monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Support stores in achieving commercial and profitability objectives.
People management
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams; review manpower needs and ensure appropriate staffing.
- Identify high performers and potential talent; address performance gaps through coaching, action plans, and performance management.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
Store Manager management
- Set objectives and KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Hold Store Managers accountable for sales, operational, and people deliverables; support them with operational and employee-related challenges.
Pay
- QAR 8,500–10,000 per hour.
Work location
- Work is in person.
