The role delivers personalized dining experiences, supports smooth outlet operations, and reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, personalized service; build guest connections, anticipate needs, and respond to enquiries, preferences, and special requests.
- Manage a restaurant section; prepare and maintain mise en place, table settings, and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service colleagues for seamless delivery; take orders accurately and process bills and payments.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards; know menus, beverages, and other hotel restaurants and bars.
- Recommend food, beverages, and experiences; promote signature experiences, seasonal offerings, and outlet initiatives to support satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.
What the role requires
- Previous food and beverage or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and a passion for guest engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
