Outlet Manager, Sunvibe (Pool & Beach)

Role overview

Outlet operations and commercial performance

• Oversee operational and administrative activities across Pool & Beach, prioritizing engagement according to business volumes.
• Enforce operational standards, policies, SOPs, and quality measures.
• Maintain cleanliness and facilities; conduct walkthroughs with Engineering and Housekeeping and follow up on reports.
• Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue in line with market demand.
• Manage reservations and maximize seating capacity.
• Review quality audits, guest comments, and incident reports, then develop improvement plans.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and supplies using business forecasts; prepare weekly rosters within labor budgets and headcounts.
• Keep menus accurate, current, clean, and presentable; plan outlet promotions and festive events.
• Monitor POS setup accuracy, monthly P&L, outlet financial information, and accounting procedures.

People leadership and guest experience

• Lead, support, train, evaluate, and schedule colleagues; maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Conduct counselling and disciplinary action according to company procedures, and develop team members through ongoing training.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments; empower colleagues and communicate with managers.
• Personally follow through on VIP guest requirements, ensure guest satisfaction to MO service standards, and motivate teams to create memorable experiences.
• Handle verbal and written customer complaints.

Compliance and administration

• Ensure staff understand local alcohol-serving laws and outlet license requirements and practice responsible service.
• Maintain records of annual leave and public-holiday clearance.
• Attend and participate in required meetings.

Experience and qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Pool & Beach outlet manager in a luxury hotel.
• International work experience in at least two of Asia, Europe, and North America; Middle East experience is preferred.
• Experience with Pool & Beach POS and cashiering procedures.
• Able to work long hours under the sun with a focus on operational excellence.

Capabilities and languages

• Strong organization, administration, leadership, communication, training, and performance-management abilities.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• German, French, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic communication skills are preferred.
