Restaurant Supervisor in the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager.
Oversees daily restaurant operations, staff, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise operations, staff performance, duties, schedules, attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle guest concerns, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, service readiness, and food and beverage quality standards.
- Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams; monitor stock and report shortages or operational issues.
- Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed.
- Train and guide team members; support managers with daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing; prepare operational reports and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- UAE experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and food and beverage operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Working conditions
- Full-time position in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Shift-based schedule, including willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- Work is in person; the role is based in a restaurant environment.
