Responsibilities
- Prepare juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages to company recipes; wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portions, and presentation; monitor ingredient freshness, stock, and expiry dates.
- Keep preparation areas and equipment clean; operate and clean juicers, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory, replenishment, and daily preparation; reduce waste through proper storage and portion control.
- Prepare accurate customer orders and serve them on time.
Requirements
- Previous Juice Maker or similar experience in the UAE is required.
- Good knowledge of fresh juices, smoothies, beverage preparation, food safety, hygiene, and ingredient storage.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working conditions
- Full-time position with in-person work.
