Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant service to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring personalised and attentive service throughout their visit
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required
  • Ensure service standards consistently reflect luxury brand expectations
  • Lead the service team during shifts, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination
  • Allocate sections and duties to waiters and ensure efficient table coverage
  • Provide on the job coaching, guidance, and support to team members
  • Support training and onboarding of new colleagues
  • Motivate the team to maintain high performance and service consistency
  • Oversee restaurant setup, mise en place, and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with sequence of service and brand SOPs
  • Monitor cleanliness, grooming standards, and overall restaurant presentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or high end restaurants
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage service standards
  • Experience in guest facing leadership roles in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
