Support restaurant leadership with daily operations and personalised service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Lead from the floor and support an engaging guest experience inspired by Italian hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and service standards; lead the floor team and support service flow and guest engagement.
- Support à la carte lunch and dinner service, including pacing, table management, and attention to detail.
- Brief the team before service on reservations, VIPs, menu updates, and priorities; coach team members during service.
- Maintain menu, beverage, and product knowledge and support recommendations and upselling.
- Coordinate with Culinary and Bar teams; build guest relationships and respond to feedback and requests.
- Support opening and closing procedures and inventory; maintain food safety, hygiene, and DELANO service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional in a luxury hotel, lifestyle property, or elevated restaurant.
- Strong à la carte experience and understanding of service sequence and floor operations.
- Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Confident, engaging, hands-on approach with strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong food-and-beverage knowledge and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Fluent English; Italian, Russian, or additional languages are an advantage.
