Overview
Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Manage daily operations, including shift scheduling, staff assignments, and performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
Monitor inventory levels of consumables and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams to prevent stockouts.
Utilize restaurant management software to track sales, manage reservations, process orders, and generate daily reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment in line with brand standards.
Promote the restaurant through active engagement on social media platforms, including content creation and customer interaction.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they are aligned with service protocols and company culture.
Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Microsoft Word and other reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety procedures across all shifts.
