Support daily operations at an upscale dining and nightlife venue.
Lead a hands-on, guest-focused team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead and support the team during busy service and peak nightlife periods.
- Maintain guest service, presentation, and overall restaurant experience standards.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and service standards.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, training, and daily operational requirements.
- Maintain a polished, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere throughout service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or similar hospitality role.
- Nightlife, lounge, bar, or entertainment-venue experience is highly preferred.
- Upscale, high-volume, or premium hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm during busy service are required.
- Professional appearance and a strong focus on guest experience are required.
