The role involves coffee and drink preparation and consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
- Keep the bar and work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and process customer orders accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience is preferred, especially in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude are required.
