The role focuses on premium guest experiences, team leadership, and the fast-paced demands of nightlife hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience.
- Manage and motivate the team during high-volume and peak nightlife periods.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, manpower planning, and operational requirements.
- Drive sales and revenue through guest engagement, service standards, and upselling.
- Handle VIP guests, guest concerns, and operational challenges professionally.
- Work with senior management and other departments to deliver a seamless dining and entertainment experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within upscale hospitality.
- Strong experience in nightlife, lounges, bars, or entertainment-driven venues is highly preferred.
- Experience managing high-volume operations and busy evening or night shifts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales, service, and operational performance.
- Professional presentation and ability to confidently interact with a diverse, upscale clientele.
