Experienced, energetic bartender sought for an upscale restaurant in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a professional, engaging bar atmosphere.
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and maintained throughout operations.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Work with the service team to support smooth, efficient operations.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of bartending experience.
- Upscale restaurant, lounge, or nightlife venue experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, spirits, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
