Success Hospitality is hiring an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and beverage costs.
- Ensure excellent guest service and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and energetic bar environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a premium restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Russian language ability is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai and work is in person.
