About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Excellence:** Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities to ensure seamless service.
- **Financial Management:** Manage P&L, control labor costs, and monitor **Food Cost %** to maximize GOP (Gross Operating Profit).
- **Quality Control:** Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (**HACCP**).
- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and mentor staff; create efficient work schedules (Rotas).
- **Customer Experience:** Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Supply Chain:** Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory to minimize wastage.
Requirements & Skills
- **Experience:** 5+ years in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to interpret financial reports and sales data.
- **Leadership:** Proven track record of managing diverse teams under high-pressure environments.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is essential).
