SOP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and service protocols across all locations. Recipe Consistency: Monitor Indian multi-cuisine preparation to ensure flavor and quality remain uniform. Performance Auditing: Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
