About the Role:
Halal Smash Burgers Restaurant and Food Concepts LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations Director to lead multi-outlet restaurant operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring consistent quality across all food concepts and outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets
- Business Performance: Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
- Service Excellence: Ensure high standards in food quality, service, and customer experience
- Process Optimization: Improve operational efficiency, workflows, and service speed
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Team Leadership: Manage restaurant managers, supervisors, and operational staff
- Expansion Strategy: Support growth, new branches, and concept development
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in restaurant operations, F&B management, or hospitality
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
- Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, QSR, or food concepts
- Leadership: Ability to manage multi-unit operations and large teams
