About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the F&B industry within the UAE, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure a high standard of service, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ordering, and stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the F&B sector in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with high-volume or multi-outlet restaurants.
