Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the MADO restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff performance, and adherence to company standards. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality food service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant operations on a daily basis
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with MADO brand guidelines
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Control operational costs, including labor, food, and inventory
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the restaurant
- Coordinate with management on business performance and improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a casual or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
