Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
• Ensure compliance with local health & safety regulations
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff
• Manage staffing schedules, performance, and productivity
• Conduct regular training and development programs
• Handle staff conflicts and disciplinary actions

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain strong presence on the floor during peak hours

Financial Performance

• Achieve revenue targets and control operational costs
• Monitor P&L, budgets, and sales performance
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with senior management on performance updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B industry
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
