Job Description
Arz Lebanon is seeking a professional Restaurant General Manager to lead its premier Lebanese dining establishment in Jumeirah.
The position directs all business activities, from leading the service team to ensuring the financial health and operational success of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct all daily business operations for both the front and back of house.
- Lead the team in delivering genuine Lebanese hospitality and a premium guest experience.
- Uphold the authenticity and high standards of our Lebanese culinary program.
- Take full ownership of the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Implement procedures to guarantee food quality, guest safety, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers and manage all procurement and inventory systems.
- Ensure the restaurant operates in full compliance with all local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a structured, full-service restaurant.
- Requires a proven history of managing a complete profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Extensive experience with Lebanese or high-end Middle Eastern cuisine and service is required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain a skilled restaurant team.
- Must possess a deep understanding of the premium dining market in Dubai.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- **Base Salary:** AED 25,000 – 28,000 per month, based on experience.
- **Supplemental Pay:** A performance-based bonus structure.
- Medical Insurance.
- Paid time off in accordance with UAE labor law.
