Restaurant Manager - Preferably Italian Nationality
About This Role
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with UAE regulations.
- Ensure compliance with municipality, food safety, and company policies.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong floor presence during service hours.
- Build customer loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency.
Menu & Concept Management
- Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain authentic Italian menu offerings.
- Ensure consistency in recipes, portioning, and presentation.
- Stay updated on food trends and competitor offerings.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels.
