The role
Restaurant Manager in the Food & Beverage team, leading restaurant operations, teams, and guest service.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver smooth, exceptional service.
- Maintain high hospitality standards and create memorable guest experiences.
- Coach and develop the team and foster a collaborative culture.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
- Use guest feedback to enhance service; coordinate with Culinary and other departments.
- Support financial goals through cost control and revenue generation.
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
What we’re looking for
- Restaurant Manager or similar leadership experience in a luxury or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills, with a guest-focused approach and passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong Food & Beverage operations knowledge.
- Organized, positive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive tax-free annual salary package of QAR 166,200.
