About The Ned Doha

Join the kitchen team and help deliver dishes with consistency and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with preparing and cooking dishes to high quality and presentation standards.
- Support kitchen service and the restaurant’s daily operations.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, pasta, and menu items according to recipes.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work with senior chefs to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Commis Chef experience in luxury hospitality.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Tax-free annual salary of QAR 24,000.
