The role

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate departments; act as Manager on Duty for guest concerns, feedback, and operational challenges.
• Lead by example on guest experience and service standards; support Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other teams.
• Maintain a visible presence in guest areas; welcome and assist VIP guests and handle special requests with discretion.
• Resolve complaints and monitor standards, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, health and safety regulations, and procedures; coordinate emergency responses.
• Prepare reports and shift handovers, communicate key information, and support team training, coaching, and development.

About you

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar leader in a luxury hotel; proven five-star hotel experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills; calm and professional under pressure.
• Passion for guest service; knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience with property management systems such as Opera or similar; flexibility for shifts, weekends, public holidays, and operational requirements.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams and foster a positive working environment.

Compensation and benefits

• Tax-free salary of QAR 72,000 per year.
