The Role
Experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager supporting daily restaurant operations and leading a high-performing team.
Role focuses on seamless, personalized experiences for members and guests in a luxury environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations at Cecconi’s.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and create personal, memorable visits.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Handle guest and member feedback with care and a solutions-focused approach.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and performance.
- Contribute to financial and operational goals through leadership and commercial awareness.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leader in a luxury hotel, private members’ club, or high-end restaurant.
- Passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence building lasting relationships with members and guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
