Full-time Restaurant Manager reporting to the Operations Manager or General Manager in a UAE restaurant environment.
Oversees daily operations, staff, service and food quality, costs, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and lead, supervise, train, coach, and develop the team.
- Maintain customer service, food quality, presentation, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Monitor sales, performance, service standards, and profitability; assist management in achieving targets.
- Schedule staff and monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, staff concerns, and operational issues.
- Control food, beverage, and operating costs; minimize wastage and manage inventory, ordering, stock, and storage.
- Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and coordination with the kitchen.
- Inspect facilities and equipment, coordinate repairs, prepare operational reports, and ensure opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Proven Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or similar managerial experience; UAE experience is required.
- Strong restaurant and F&B operations knowledge, leadership, team management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Understanding of sales, cost control, inventory, profitability, POS, and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Schedule
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
