Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
Restaurant management
- Oversee daily operations and manage, supervise, and train waiters, chefs, and kitchen assistants.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage inventory, stock, and food purchasing to minimize waste.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
- Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain business relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized restaurant and improve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and municipality requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Good leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE restaurant operations and municipality requirements is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time employment.
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in the UAE.
