SAMANCO L.L.C is hiring a SIRA-approved CCTV Technician in Dubai.
The role involves installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV/ELV systems at project sites across Dubai.
The position requires 1–2 years of experience and a valid SIRA Technician Card.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at project sites.
- Install, route, terminate, and test UTP and coaxial cables; install and configure IP and analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and related equipment.
- Configure basic IP CCTV networking and troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, network, and power issues.
- Commission and hand over systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance and rectify site faults.
- Maintain cable management, equipment installation, and site workmanship; assist with system integration and basic VMS configuration.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, clients, and site teams; prepare service reports, maintenance records, and daily updates.
- Follow company safety procedures, site regulations, and project requirements.
Requirements
- A valid SIRA-approved CCTV Technician Card is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of CCTV/ELV installation and maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of IP and analog CCTV systems, cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and CCTV accessories.
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP addresses, LAN, PoE, and network switches.
- Knowledge of CCTV cable installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting; ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
- ITI, diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred; UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at different project sites across Dubai; good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Key skills
- CCTV installation and maintenance; SIRA-approved security systems; IP camera configuration; analog CCTV.
- DVR/NVR configuration; basic networking; PoE switches; UTP and coaxial cable termination.
- CCTV troubleshooting; preventive and corrective maintenance; testing and commissioning; basic VMS configuration.
- Site coordination and reporting.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 2,000–2,500 per month, based on experience and technical skills.
