ELV Estimation Engineer position based in Dubai, UAE.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of UAE ELV estimation experience.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, quotations and cost estimates for ELV projects.
- Estimate and prepare proposals for CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, SMATV, PA/VA and other ELV systems.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and scopes of work.
- Prepare material and equipment requirements based on project drawings.
- Coordinate supplier material pricing and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and submit tenders by deadlines.
- Coordinate estimation requirements with technical and project teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in ELV estimation.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, storage, PoE switches, access control panels, readers, locks, exit devices and related accessories.
- Ability to read and understand ELV drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- UAE market knowledge and supplier coordination experience are advantageous.
Pay
- AED 1,500–2,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
