Russian is required, along with ethnic languages such as Uzbek, Turkish, and English.
Core duties and responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and set the tone for their dining experience.
- Manage reservations using reservation platforms.
- Maintain waitlists, provide accurate wait times, and keep guests informed.
- Seat guests according to server rotation, table availability, and floor-plan balance.
- Escort guests to tables, present menus, and communicate special notes to servers.
- Answer calls about reservations, menu questions, and general inquiries.
- Monitor dining-room flow and adjust seating plans as needed.
- Assist with light tasks such as bussing tables or handling to-go orders where needed.
- Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with reservation and table-management software.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
