Friends Avenue Cafe is hiring Demi Chefs to join its kitchen team in Dubai.
The position is full-time and involves working in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen staff with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Handle food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor food and kitchen supply storage.
- Assist with stock handling and minimize food wastage.
- Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar kitchen role is required.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Teamwork and communication skills are required.
- Flexible shift availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
- Salary is to be discussed based on experience and skills.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
