The Role
Supervise and manage Revenue & Reservations operations and coordinate activities with other departments.
Ensure high-quality reservations service, manage and motivate the reservations team, and process inquiries accurately to support hotel sales.
Reservations Responsibilities
- Supervise reservations staff, uphold department standards, and recommend actions to meet performance goals.
- Provide accurate, individualized guest information; coach agents in upselling, cross-selling, and skills development.
- Monitor call volumes, daily operations, administrative tasks, and productivity; assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate rate offers, rate building, operational flows, communications, and deficiency testing.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers, report equipment failures, and respond to guest inquiries by phone, fax, and email.
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and hotel services; coordinate with other departments.
Team Management and Other Duties
- Identify and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and monitor professionalism and conduct.
- Prepare induction programs, weekly staff schedules, and ongoing training programs based on business needs.
- Follow fire, life-safety, and emergency procedures and maintain personal appearance and hygiene.

- Excellent leadership, team motivation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multicultural environment.
- Strong English fluency is required; Arabic and/or French fluency is highly advantageous.
