About The Role
Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), one of the UAE's leading real estate brokerages, is currently seeking experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for driven real estate professionals with a strong background in resale transactions, landlord acquisition, and property listings.
The ideal candidate will have an established understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with property owners and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage property listings within the secondary (resale) market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
- Source exclusive listings and expand inventory across key Abu Dhabi communities
- Market properties through leading real estate portals and company marketing channels
- Create and maintain accurate, high-quality property listings
- Conduct property viewings and manage buyer inquiries
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions through to successful closing
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales support teams to maximize listing exposure
Job Requirements
- Previous UAE real estate experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in secondary market (resale) transactions
- Strong track record in landlord sourcing and listing acquisition
- Experience managing property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
- Immediate availability is an advantage
