Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, ensuring data accuracy across real estate portals, coordinating with consultants and landlords, and maximizing property exposure to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage property listings on real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company platforms.
- Ensure all property details, pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Write and optimize property descriptions to enhance listing visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate with property consultants, landlords, and internal departments to maintain updated inventory.
- Monitor listing performance and make necessary updates to improve engagement and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with portal guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of listings, property documents, and marketing materials.
- Conduct regular audits of live listings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support the sales team by providing timely updates on listing status and availability.
- Generate reports related to listing performance and inventory management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate listing management, property coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
