Property Consultant (Arabic Speaker) – Abu Dhabi

About The Job

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales Generation**: Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• **Client Relations**: Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end-users.
• **Property Presentations**: Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
• **Expert Advisory**: Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
• **Market Insight**: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Qualifications

• **Language**: Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
• **Experience:** Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory
• **Soft Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
• **Knowledge:** Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
