PSI Assets is expanding its dynamic real estate team and is looking for a motivated **Listing Agent** to join our growing organization in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
- Handle property listings for residential and commercial real estate.
- Conduct property inspections and gather all required listing details.
- Coordinate with property owners to secure exclusive listings.
- Create accurate and attractive property listings for marketing platforms.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote properties.
- Maintain and update property databases regularly.
- Ensure all listings comply with company and market standards.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate (listing or sales role preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
