About The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our Dubai and Abu Dhabi sales teams by recruiting high-performing Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing sales-driven professionals who are motivated to succeed in a commission-based environment.
You will work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Screen candidates to evaluate sales experience, communication skills, and suitability for commission-based roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Track candidate progress through CRM and recruitment systems.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for successful hires.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate, sales, or commission-based hiring.
- Proven ability to identify and assess sales-oriented candidates.
- Knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using recruitment systems, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
