About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our Dubai and Abu Dhabi sales teams by recruiting high-performing Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing sales-driven professionals who are motivated to succeed in a commission-based environment.

You will work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Screen candidates to evaluate sales experience, communication skills, and suitability for commission-based roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Track candidate progress through CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for successful hires.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate, sales, or commission-based hiring.
  • Proven ability to identify and assess sales-oriented candidates.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
