Responsibilities
- Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible project delivery.
- Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice, and unlock potential.
- Lead 4D standards, governance, and ISO 19650-aligned assurance.
- Integrate BIM and schedules to optimise sequencing, logistics, phasing, and recovery planning.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary data, workshops, and visual reporting for informed decisions.
- Develop teams and drive continuous improvement through digital innovation.
Requirements
- Relevant degree.
- Extensive leadership experience in 4D planning across complex, large-scale developments.
- Advanced capability across BIM, scheduling, simulation, project controls, and ISO 19650 information management.
- Proficiency leading BIM, planning, CDE, and data visualisation platforms.
- Professional BIM or project controls qualifications are preferred.
