Key responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts and renew business licenses and related services on time; monitor upcoming expiry dates and contact clients proactively.
- Assess client requirements, recommend renewal packages, and prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels; coordinate processing with internal teams, authorities, free zones, and departments.
- Maintain client and renewal records in the CRM; collect and submit documents and follow up on pending payments.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant services, resolve client queries, encourage retention, and meet renewal, revenue, and retention targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in renewals, business setup, corporate services, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Fluent Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred; knowledge of UAE business setup, licensing, free zones, or corporate services is an advantage.
- Strong client-handling, relationship-management, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple clients and follow-ups; target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills; CRM experience is preferred.
