Manage client needs and the setup journey from initial consultation through successful business setup.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business activities, objectives, ownership, and investment requirements; recommend mainland, free zone, or offshore options.
- Explain formation procedures, trade licenses, visas, corporate structures, and related requirements; prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
- Convert leads through consultation, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management; achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free zones, banks, PRO teams, and service providers; collect and verify application documents.
- Keep clients informed, address concerns, and identify opportunities for visa, banking, accounting, tax, PRO, insurance, and other services.
- Maintain CRM records and stay current on UAE regulations, licensing, free zones, visas, and government procedures.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, real estate, banking, or related consultative sales.
- Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone setup processes; proven sales, lead conversion, and target achievement experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, customer-service, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred; UAE market experience is highly preferred.
