Remote Junior Identity and Access Management Analyst (AED 9,000–13,000 per month)

Role overview

What you'll do

• Create, update, and manage user accounts across business systems; process access requests and permission changes under established procedures.
• Help conduct periodic access reviews and identify excessive permissions or access-related security risks.
• Assist with employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
• Support multi-factor authentication and other identity security controls, and help implement least-privilege access.
• Maintain access records, documentation, audit trails, internal access policies, and operational documentation.
• Investigate basic account access issues, escalate complex problems, and work with IT and security teams to improve procedures.
• Develop familiarity with identity management platforms and enterprise security tools.

Candidate requirements

• Have a basic understanding of IT systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Be familiar with authentication, passwords, multi-factor authentication, and access control concepts.
• Be comfortable using Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Be organized, analytical, attentive to detail, and able to follow procedures and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, communicating clearly, and collaborating with different teams.
• Be motivated to learn new systems, tools, and security technologies.
• Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required; recent graduates, career changers, self-taught candidates, and applicants with transferable IT skills are welcome.

Beneficial qualifications

• CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Google Cybersecurity Certificate are beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is beneficial but not required.
• Basic knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure, and exposure to single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, or identity governance, are beneficial but not required.
• Previous IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience; relevant coursework, training, home labs, personal projects, or an IT-related degree or qualification are beneficial but not required.

Work arrangement

• The position is fully remote; Dubai and UAE-based applicants are welcome, subject to employment eligibility and UAE employment and location requirements.

Compensation

• Compensation is AED 9,000–13,000 per month, depending on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
